Most awaited updated Offline Utility of GSTR – 9C is finally available on

https://www.gst.gov.in/download/gstr9c

Few changes in release 1.5 :
  • Multiple fields now accept negative values.
  • Column 14S made optional
  • Cash flow statement is now optional.
  • Multiple changes in certificate as amended.
  • Fixed some records stuck as in progress when uploading JSON file.
New Utility GSTR-9C offline Utility V1.7 available w.e.f 24/02/2021, please downlead latest utility before preparing annual return
