Due date for filing all pending Maharashtra PTRC returns extended to 31st July 2020

Hurry up!!! Last date for uploading all pending returns by PTRC holder, without any late fee, is extended up to 31st July, 2020. 

Due date for filing all pending Maharashtra PTRC returns extended to 31st July 2020
Maharashtra government has further extended due date for filing all pending PTRC returns up to June 2020 citing Covid19 pandemic as a reason for extension. Earlier vide trade circular 6T/2020 dated 30/04/2020 due date was 31st May 2020 covering pending returns up to April 2020. 

Government has extended the due date by inserting entry no (7) in the notification No PFT-2014/C.R.-38/Taxation-3 dated 21st August 2014.
